One document, written to be built from, and you own it.
Delivered as a designed PDF and as a plain file your developer can work from directly. Eight components, each written so the system is visible and costed before you commit to anything.
Operations map
Every process in scope, as it is performed today, exceptions included.
Agent roster, ranked
What to build, in what order, and what not to build, with reasons.
A spec for each agent
Triggers, rules, exceptions, gates, test cases. Buildable by any developer.
Integration map
Every system touched, how, and which one owns which field.
Governance design
Approval queue, audit log, stop switch, data boundary. The trust layer.
Build sequence
A phased plan with effort estimated in engineer-weeks per agent.
Cost model
Build cost and running cost, based on your real volume.
Measurement baseline
Today's numbers, captured before anything changes.
A blueprint is not a contract.
It defines the architecture, the logic, the integrations and the stack in enough detail that any competent team can build from it. Ours, your in-house engineers, or a vendor of your choosing. No proprietary tooling, no locked platform, no credentials we hold. If you never speak to us again after delivery, the document still works. This holds whether you are deploying one agent or twenty. The blueprint is how the thing stays auditable, maintainable and yours.
Every claim in a blueprint is tagged: stated by you, measured from your systems, or estimated with the reasoning shown. Unknowns say to be confirmed. Nothing is invented.
This blueprint is the foundation for success, and it costs you nothing.
The expert team at Maxworthy Agent Engineering builds it specifically for your business. You own it at the end, whether you build with us, in-house, or with your own vendor.
